Personal information we collect
We may collect information that you provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, preferred date, room or booking preferences, dining or event details, VIP hospitality requests, casino hall visit information enquiries, messages and any other information you choose to share.
When you use the website, we may also collect technical information necessary to keep the website secure and functional, such as basic device, browser, page request, timestamp, cookie preference and security log information.
Why we collect and use personal information
PacificKoru uses personal information for lawful hotel and hospitality purposes, including to respond to enquiries, discuss room availability, manage booking requests, assist with dining and event planning, provide guest service, manage visitor communications, maintain business records, improve website performance, protect security and comply with legal obligations.
Enquiries and booking communications
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm a room, table, event booking or service arrangement. Our team will use the information provided to respond, discuss availability and confirm any next steps directly with you.
Casino hall related enquiries
If you ask about casino hall visit information, we may use your details to respond to practical visit questions and to record that the enquiry relates to an adults-only area. Casino hall access is restricted to adults: 20+ for casino gaming areas.
Cookies and consent choices
The website uses necessary cookies for core site functions, including remembering cookie choices and supporting form behaviour. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only where the visitor gives consent through the cookie banner or settings panel.
The website includes Consent Mode v2 controls for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. These consent states are denied by default until a visitor chooses otherwise. You can change your cookie settings at any time through the footer link.

If Google analytics or advertising measurement services are connected to the website, they must respect the consent choices recorded through the cookie banner. You can read more at How Google uses data from sites or apps that use Google services and Google Business Safety Privacy.

We require service providers to handle information only for authorised purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
Storage and security
PacificKoru takes reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and misuse. Access to enquiry and guest information is limited to people who need it for hotel, hospitality, business administration or compliance purposes.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please contact [email protected].
